  1. Myths and Facts about boosting IVF

  2. IVF is a process that usually costs a lot of money and can take a lot of time, patience and effort. And when you doing so much to get something done right you need to make sure that whatever that you do is done perfectly and you do not end up doing a simple mistake that might cost you highly. However, there is only as much as you can do. You can’t just spend each hour of the day and eat up every little space in your life figuring out what is right and what is wrong by reading “must dos” on the internet. That can be very counter-productive for you and can even give you unnecessary stress.

  3. Myth #1: One has no control over how successful the IVF cycle will turn out to be. The truth is that the outcome of the IVF cycle depends highly on the doctor’s evaluation. There are multiple things that can be done by your health provider or the doctor from whom you are taking infertility help. You need to make sure that you follow thoroughly what the doctor says. To further increase the chances of success you must make sure that you are getting sufficient sleep. Also try to lead as healthy a lifestyle as you can.

  4. Myth #2: Do not leave the bed after the embryo transfer. That is completely false. Infact, a study has shown that taking a bed rest for 24 hours after an embryo transfer actually lowered the chances of success. So you better not catch the bed. Instead, it is suggested that you just relax and try to not take any kind of stress. Have your meal or go out for dinner. Try to avoid alcohol. Take a stroll across the park but avoid strenuous activities like heavy-lifting, and tough exercises. You can practise yoga instead.

  5. Myth #3: Infertility support groups can help. Maybe so. The thing is they can be very helpful or they can be a source of negative information in your life. It is actually up to you screen the good from the bad. If you could do that, you will see that it is an amazing source of information. Infertility chat can be good source of sharing your troubles with others too.
