Industry oriented Training & Placement • TODAY'S TREND • Today's trend leads a very bad aftertaste in an employer's business as the attrition rate with engineers for better opportunities or due to dissatisfaction with their career path or choice is extremely contagious and disturbing as well. Our generation of engineers right now are at that pinnacle wherein if we don't tap the right as well as required potentials we are going to see a lot of this ongoing trend. • LATENT POTENTIAL • A simple opportunity to the less endowed namely the rural folk here, or any talented individual for that matter, is to correctly channel this talent and harness the right company for this individual.
