Panel Make-Over • Re-arranged the radio stack by moving the #2 radio up 2 slots – sliding the ADF and transponder down 2 slots. This was because with the #2 radio at the bottom of the stack, we couldn’t see the top of the digits. Now, it’s no problem. • Removed the old 2-place intercom which was inoperable, and installed a 4-place intercom with all new shielded-wiring. • Moved the tachometer up and the engine analyzer to the left. In the old configuration, the top of the tach arc was hard to see and at night, received very little light, now up higher it’s very easy to see. The engine analyzer just made more sense below the tach. The new setup feels very good. • Added XM radio and a jack for MP3 players. The music plays right through the intercom.
