BASIC PROTOCOL • 50 L of water was passed through a Filta-max™ filter. • Processed parasite enumeration using Method 1623 • Immunomagnetic separation (IMS) carried out using • Dynabeads-GC Combo Kit • Oocysts enumerated using immunofluorescent antibodies (IFA), • PCR-RFLP analysis.
