This project aims to modernize and streamline the distribution process of funding streams to tribes, offices, regions, agencies, and schools. The objective is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness, and transparency of the funding distribution. The project will assess the current processes, develop actionable items, and provide training and implementation plans. The outcome will be a simplified and expedited distribution of funds, utilizing automated processes and following required rules and protocols.
