The rule for the first law of logarithms is: If a, b and c are positive numbers and A not equal to 1, C not equal to 1, then Change-of-Base
In this exercise you have to change the equation to the logarithms form and change the log to log 10 or lg then put lg 68 divide by lg 8 and sudtract with 4 and you will get the answer for this question. Exercise 1 • 1.
