  1. Insight Mailer is an Amazon seller tool that allows sellers to manage their sales, customers feedback and reviews. It provides an overall view about seller’s business in a single dashboard.

  2. Automate email campaigns Insight Mailer allows the sellers to run email campaigns with a single click. It provides a range of predefined templates that are tailored to every requirements. Sellers can choose any of the email template, schedule and run email campaigns. To run email campaigns, navigate to Email campaigns tab → Add new campaign. Then provide Campaign name → Select template → Select ASIN → Select trigger and finally click on Create campaign. https://www.insightmailer.com

  3. Run promotional campaigns This tool allows sellers to run promotions for a specific or entire set of customer base. Sellers can run generic promotions for products on their selling list. And they can also promote specific products with offers for their most valuable customers. To run promotions, navigate to Promotions tab → Select product → Provide discount price, personal message, promotional title, coupon code, support email and frequency of days.   4. Manage feedback and reviews Insight Mailer provides an alert when a customer leaves a negative feedback. Also, it provides a range of professionalized templates that can be employed by sellers to politely request for feedback from happy and satisfied customers.   5. Customer’s geographic location With Insight Mailer, sellers can get insights about where their customers are based out.
