because of the excessive shedding. It can be frustrating when you seem
to have no control over the excessive shedding from your dog.

1. A lack of nutrition - make sure your dog gets the right diet.
2. Dog shedding season - dog shedding season happens in spring and later in the fall.
3. Health - some health problems such as skin problems, ringworm, mange or cancer can cause excessive shedding.
5. Stress - it is easy for your dog to get excessive shedding when feels stressed.
1. Coconut oil - give a teaspoon of coconut oil per 10 pounds of dog.
2. Clean, fresh water - give your dog enough fresh water to drink to avoid dry skin which can cause excessive shedding.
3. Fish oil - fish oil contains omega-3 and omega-6 fats that can promote healthy skin and glistening coat.
4. Yogurt - feeding a little plain yogurt as a snack regularly can keep your dog away from a yeast infection which can cause your dog to shed a lot.
5. Oatmeal - when your dog scratches a lot because of itchiness, use oatmeal.
Let your dog soaks into a bath of warm water filled with a cup or so colloidal oatmeal powder for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Olive Oil - add 1 teaspoon olive oil per 15 pounds of your dog's weight to make your dog coat healthy and shiny.
7. Vitamin E - apply vitamin E oil directly to you dog skin to treat dry skin.
8. Vinegar - vinegar is a great remedy to treat various dog's skin problems from dandruff to yeast infection.
