  2. HIV/AIDS ILLUSTRATIVE GF PROPOSAL ACTIVITY • Target: Vulnerable populations across the health sector nationwide • 3 key prevention activities to be implemented at local levels i.e. social hygiene clinics: • Behavior Change Communication • Peer Education • STI Management, etc.
