Biography • She was born 31st of January 1962 in London. • She went to London to attend Central St Martins, gaining a Foundation Diploma in Art after leaving school. • Then after to the Royal College of Art to study for her Masters in Film and Television. • Her first experience of working for films was a job as the 3rd assistant to a directorworking on a horror film, but she wanted to be a director of her own so went into work on music videos and has since then directed over 100 videos.

Her work • She doesn't tend to direct other things like tv or movies as she prefers to stick with music videos and has worked with made artists for a long time. • She has worked with many artists including Beyoncé, Coldplay ,Gwen Stefani, Shakira, Kylie Minogue, One Direction, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Annie Lennox, Björk, Leona Lewis, Eurythmics, Pink, and many more

Her style • For most of her videos there is usually the singer or a band inside a dim, isolated room. • It is often darker without bright lights and occasionally uses black and white filters. • She uses empty settings weather in a room or other deserted places such as an empty beach. • This helps focus on the artist and make them the center of attention. • It also often sets a sad mood and feel to the video
