  2. Position before import of Pupil Premium CSV Files

  3. The new financial year based Pupil Premium functionality will automatically update the Pupil Premium Indicator, so we will note the current status of the Indicator for a couple of pupils and compare this with the status after importing a DPP (Deprivation Pupil Premium) file. 3

  6. Grenetta and Jimmy Abbey are two of the pupils included in our DPP CSV file, so we will note their status before the files is imported. 6

  10. We can see that Grenetta doesn’t have a Pupil Premium Indicator tick for 2013/14, but we need to click the magnifying class to see if she had a tick for previous years. 10

  11. Now we can see that she doesn’t have any ticks for previous years either. 11

  13. We can see that Jimmy also doesn’t have a Pupil Premium Indicator tick for 2013/14, but we need to click the magnifying class to see if he had a tick for previous years. 13

  14. Now we can see that Jimmy is currently in a different position to Grenetta as he has a tick for academic year 2012/2013. 14
