  2. INTRODUCTION • We need a SAVIOUR to save us…Rom 8:1 • We need a SYMPATIZER to understand us..Heb 2:18 • We need a SANCTUARY to enable us….Heb 4:16 • JESUS the Graceful God

  3. THE HEBREWS… • To encourage the Jews to be faithful in the midst of their trials. • To encourage those unsaved Jews to believe in Jesus Christ. • To encourage ALL to put their faith in Jesus … • JESUS THE GREAT HIGH PRIEST

  4. WE HAVE THE SAVIOUR • Jesus is the SON OF GOD.. passed through heavens..v14a • Jesus offered His blood as the eternal payment as our debt….v14b • Jesus gives His people the strength to hold fast to our confession…..v14c • JESUS SAVED US

  5. WE HAVE THE SYMPATIZER • Jesus became Human….v15b Phil 2:5-8 • Jesus was tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin..v15c 1John3:5 • Jesus is able to help us now in our WEAKNESSES..v15a • JESUS UNDERSTAND US

  6. WE HAVE THE SANCTUARY • Jesus opened the way….Matt 27:51 • Jesus invites us to draw near boldly to the throne of Grace. Heb 4:16a • Jesus promise us to obtain mercy and grace in times of need. Heb 4:16b • JESUS ENABLED US

  7. CONCLUSION • Let us run to Him for forgiveness of our sins.. • Let us run to Him for divine strength… • Let us run to Him in times of need, trial, trouble and temptation.. • JESUS IS OUR GRACEFUL GOD
