  3. TECHNICAL DATA The AN/PRC 77 is a very high frequency (VHF) frequency modulated (FM), short range, receiver-transmitter used for two-way voice communications. AN/PRC stands for Army Navy Portable Radio Communications

  4. TECHNICAL DATA • Frequency Range 30 - 75.95 Mhz • Lower Band 30 - 52.95 Mhz • Upper Band 53 - 75.95 Mhz • No of Channels 920 • Transmission range Approx. 5-8 km (depending on terrain and antenna) • Battery Life Approx. 30 hrs. at a ratio of 9:1
