  3. Story of Volleyball • Volleyball was invented in 1895 by William J. Morgan in Massachusetts. • He developed this game to provide an indoor game for the winter months in which relatively large groups of men could participate in a small gym. Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclo Manuel de Figueiredo

  4. Volleyball Volleyball is an Olympic team sport in which two teams made of 6 players are separated by a net. Volleyball is of the few sport whose the people can play it with all parts of the body. The objective in this sport is launch the ball for the opponent zone, trying that hit the ground.   5. The volleyball team The team is composed for 6 camp players and supplants. The camp players are distributed on the camp evenly, 3 attacking and 3 defenders . Distribution on the camp: Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclo Manuel de Figueiredo

  6. The Camp Volleyball is played on a court with 18 x 9 meters, divided in two 9 x 9 halves, by a net which is 2.43 meters high, above the center for men's competition. Women play with the net 2.24 meters high, but this values can change if they are veterans or juniors. Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclo Manuel de Figueiredo

  7. My Team and my couth I practice volleyball for three years, I play it in School sport. I have learned immense with my team, trough of victories and losses because when we win we fell very happy but is on losses but the losses that we realize how we are united and strong. My couth is the best because he teaches us everything you know to reach increasingly far, and is always with us. Escola Básica 2º e 3º Ciclo Manuel de Figueiredo
