Learning Objectives: • Participants will: • Review the competency-based, professional development opportunities available for afterschool/early childhood professionals. • Learn about resources available to support professional development opportunities for afterschool/early childhood professionals in VT. • Identify opportunities for (supervisors) own professional growth. • Identify opportunities for the professional growth of their staff.

  12. Achievement Phase Explores leadership, community and administration. A minimum of three years of experience in the Afterschool field as a program director or other leadership capacity.
