We are going to evaluate the different plans. • There are many different types of diet available... • fixed menu diet (you only have a few choices of food) • exchange type diet (some choices of food, good for teaching about food selection) • Pre-packaged diet (buy meals with the right food measured out) • Formula (replace food with liquid formula) • Questionable (eat a certain food only) • Flexible (monitoring fat or calories only)
