2. Summary of Enhancements Account Import Feature Users may perform account surveillance activity for a specified list of accounts • Accounts may be individually (manually) input or copied from any external document • List may consist of GreenTree or prior servicer account numbers • Lists may be saved for future use • Lists may be assigned to users (by GT) for surveillance review (account “ownership” not required) for a specified time period if certain asset sale related due diligence is required. • If account view privilege is established for a list of accounts not “owned” by user, an expiration period will be established. No such expiration is required for specified accounts owned by user.

3. Create New User Profile (GT function) Lists created by authorized Green Tree personnel can be assigned to a specific user. A user profile can be set up to allow access a client portfolio, a saved list, or both. Only one list can be assigned at a time. An expiration date should be established for accounts assigned to users who are not account (asset) owners.

4. Account Selection – Account Number Import Account import feature is displayed as additional (new) tab under Portfolio Search options. Indicate if account numbers are GT or previous servicer Input or copy account numbers into account import grid Account lists may be saved for future retrieval. Click on “Save This Search” link, enter a description. then click Save.

5. View accounts not “owned” by user Users may be given surveillance rights to view accounts outside of their ownership. In this scenario, the list of accounts assigned is immediately displayed upon portal entry. No editing/filtering of the list is permitted.
