About IOVRVF • IOV Registered Valuers Foundation formed under section 8 of Companies Act, 2013 and governed by a Board of Directors is a recognized Registered Valuers Organization by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. • IOV RVF is a subsidiary company of Institution of Valuers (IOV) which was fo • According to Section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013 only the professionals who have been trained by recognised bodies can carry out Valuation. • IOV RVF has launched Valuation courses with approval from IBBI to certify valuation professionals in particularly three categories, namely • Land & Building • Plant & Machinery • Securities and Financial Assets

About Land & Building • Course topics: • Principles of Economics • Book Keeping and Accountancy • Laws-General • Introduction to Statistics • Environmental issues in Valuation • Professional Ethics and Standards • Law-Real Estate • Valuation of Real Estate • Principles of Insurance and Loss Assessment • Report Writing • Case Study

  4. About Land & Building The educational course for the asset class shall be delivered by the registered valuer organization in not less than 50 hours. A candidate having the required qualification and experience and having completed the education course specified above shall be eligible for the registration as a valuer on passing the valuation examination of the asset class conducted by the Authority.
