  1. DDA Approvals Land Pooling Policy on Regulation to Operationalize DDA land pooling policy is a bonanza, as the authority in the next few years is set to unleash 20 lakhs units of residential to come up in L-Zone in Delhi. The housing plan will take place on 24,000 hectares of land with world-class infrastructure. A consultant will oversee the development of the infrastructural said by a senior official and others will take care in the requirement facilities on the road and transport. The remaining portion of land will give back to the original owners for the development. As per the DDA officials the authority to reserve land at many areas, including the J, K, L, N, P1, PII for development. The master plan projection estimated the residence for the 23 million people is nearly 24 lakhs residential units by 2021. DDA has acquired nearly 75,609.84 hectares of land in the last 50 years and succeeded to develop it as the residential, institutional and commercial purpose.
