  4. Are you visiting this exhibition for the first time? 2009 2010

How did you learn about this exhibition? | No. of response: 717 | • “At UBM Asia’s jewellery exhibition” and “Regular Visitor of June HK Fair” are newly added choices in 2010 and the second one which accounts for a major channel to learn about this Fair (over 52%). It reflected that most visitors found the trip to the June Fair is valuable and therefore, they visit the fair regularly.

How did you learn about this exhibition?(Base: visitors who learnt the show from advertisement.) | No. of response: 86 | • Among the various forms of advertising, trade publications is by far the most effective and is getting more important. We recommend to continue building awareness of the fair through targeted trade media.

  7. How did you learn about the Fair? - analysis of the answers under “UBM Asia’s jewellery exhibitions” | No. of response: 97 | • Undoubtedly, the September fair is an influential event in the jewellery industry and is the best channel to promote our jewellery fairs.

  8. What is the major product you source for? | No. of response: 717 | • As most of the visitors selected more than one product catagory when answering this questions and therefore, the total percentage of this questions in more than 100%.

  9. To what extent do you think your objectives for visiting in this exhibition have been achieved? | No. of response: 717 |

To what extent are you satisfied with the following? | No. of response: 717 | • Level of satisfaction in most areas are improved in 2010, with the exception of product price. • Quantity of exhibitors increased substantially, from 68% to 83%. It reveals that the increase in scale in the June Fair provides more choices and variety to visitors.

  11. June HK Jewellery & Gem Fair and the June edition of the Asia’s Fashion Jewellery & Accessories Fair are held concurrently at HKCEC this time. Do you think this arrangement is beneficial for your company? | No. of response: 717 | • Most visitors are welcome to move back the June edition AFJ fair to HKCEC and believe that this arrangement is beneficial for their company .

  12. To what extent are you satisfied with the organiser on the following? | No. of response: 717 | • Visitors reported a higher average level of organiser satisfaction in 2010, compared to the previous year .
