August 15th, 2009 2009 Pass, Punt & Stunt Event • Every CPW Player/Cheerleader is Encouraged to Participate • The goal for each participant is to raise $150.00 in sponsorships • 1 sponsor @ $150 each • 5 sponsors @ $30 each • 10 sponsors @ $15 each • 30 sponsors @ $5 each (minimum requested) • $100 in sponsorships allows players/cheerleaders to compete for • their division’s championship. $150 in sponsorships qualifies • contestants for the overall Grand Champion! • 1st Place Prizes and overall Grand Prize Winners will be based • upon the highest point totals. Anyone, Any Division, can WIN! • Special Prize for the highest Sponsorship ($) Raised • The participant with the highest amount of sponsorships ($) • raised will win a special sponsorship prize. • Separate Raffle for Sponsors • Every contributing sponsor will be entered into a special Raffle • Drawing for a $500 Cash Prize. (sponsors don’t have to be • present to win). This form will be used to collect sponsor’s names.
