  1. From this question I have come away with the knowledge that if I include a free gift with my magazine then my targeted demographic audience is going to be a lot larger. This question has allowed me to see that perfect price for my pop magazine would be £3 as this is what the majority will pay. I need to make sure that I don’t price my magazine to high as this will make my audience smaller

This question has allowed me to see that for me to have a larger audience I need to have a range of different variations of artists as the outcome of this questions is very much even over the 5 answers available. This has showed me that I need to have variation This question has showed me that the majority of people who buy pop magazines would consider to subscribe to the magazine. This means that I need to make my magazine more interesting than the rest so that they want to subscribe to mine and no other.

  3. From the above I have learnt that the majority of people download their music for free. This means that I need to avoid talking about youtube, cds, itunes and radio as there is no point and my readers won’t be interested in this information. I just need to tell them about what's new and upcoming – not where they can get it as I don’t want to encourage anyone to download music for free. Here I have been given the knowledge that for my pop magazine to be most successful for my demographic I need to issue it monthly as this was the most popular answer.

From this question I gave people the option to fill out my questionnaire on Pop music and the most popular age to accepting to do so was 14 – this means that pop music is something that 14 year olds are very much into and this may be a good target audience. This question taught me that my demographic like to watch music channels and this is something they are into. This is a topic that I could include in my own pop magazine. This means that pop music channels would be a very good place to advertise my magazine.

  5. This question has given me the knowledge that my demographic like to listen to live pop music. This means that I should consider advertising festivals and include upcoming events and reviews. This question above has allowed me to help decide which colours I should chose to have in my magazine. The colours purples, pinks and blues seem to be the popular of the lot.
