Criterion for a Regulation Model • Solution must not impede science • Must elevate collaboration in Global Community • Must appease continual environmental degradation • Shall strive to establish a framework that could impact existing global framework
An Opportunity It is still possible to think outside the box: • UN Regulation of all Orbit and beyond activity • All nations regardless of technology / capital requirements contribute to mandate(s) Why?
