  3. After School Activities • No Activities

  4. Basketball • Basketball intramural team cards are available in the Great Hall.  First week for basketball will be November 8. • Jr. Vikings Girls Basketball is going to have tryouts next week, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30--5:30, all grade levels are welcome.  Please see Mrs. Gilligan in 303 if you have any questions.

  5. WRESTLING • Anyone interested in Wrestling at Whitfield School can pick up a flyer in the main office.

  6. STUCO • The 7th and 8th Grade Dance, Halloween Town, is today from 2:15 to 4:00. The cost is $3.50 and includes a snack, soda, pictures and a DJ. All tickets must be bought in advance.  No tickets will be sold at the door. • During the week of Oct 25-29 STUCO will be collecting $ during lunch for One For Books. Money collected will be sent to schools who are in great need of books and unable to purchase them. We have set a school goal of $1000. The OLD Mr. Anderson has agreed to shave his head if we meet our goal. He's even willing to let one of his classes do it.  Start saving your change for next week! 

  7. FRIDAY NIGHT OPEN PE • The Northeast P.E. Dept. will have “Friday night open gym night” for N.E. students and their families Friday, Oct. 29th in the Big and Small Gyms from 7-9 pm. Activities will include basketball, volleyball and more. • All NE students and their families are welcome. Come with your family or get some friends together. The cost is $5.00 per person. All proceeds for this fundraiser will benefit the P.E. department to purchase additional P.E. equipment. Students must arrange for their own transportation to and from the school. Pick up a parent permission form at the school store, in advance.

  8. PIRATES OF PENZANCE • Cast of Pirates of Penzance - A Saturday rehearsal for tomorrow has been added for all Police and Daughters.  Please check the Google calendar on the Fall Musical web page for more info.
