Albemarle High School • Contract Terms-3 Years • Agreement beginning July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2012 • Seasons: 2009-2010;2010-2011 Exclusive adidas Products • Footwear: competition, training, running, travel • Apparel: competition uniforms (as needed), practice uniforms, Sideline apparel, practice/workout apparel, travel warmups/travel sweats, socks, T’shirts, coaches apparel, cold weather gear, compression gear. • Accessories: gloves, travel bags, arm bands, Sideline hats/visors Competitor Products • During the term of this agreement, branded footwear, apparel, and uniforms worn by coaching staff and athletes should be Adidas in all events when possible. In cases of exceptions, approval from the Adidas Team Sales Rep. and DAS Rep. is required. Albemarle/adidas

  3. Purchases Year 1and 2 - Minimum of $30,000 in Footwear, Team Stock Apparel, and Accessories, Custom or Stock Uniforms All items in the adidas Team Catalogs that are provided to each sport will receive the following discount; 40% off Apparel/Accessories and 35% off Footwear. This discount is only good through Downtown Athletic. Also, discounted prices do not include tax, shipping or decoration of the product(s). Custom Uniforms will have it’s own pricing structure. Purchases during the year will be organized by adidas rep and DAS Rep to insure timely delivery of custom and stock product for each sports. Promotional Each Year; Athletic Dept will receive $4,000 of adidas product @ retail value through Downtown Athletic. Athletic Department will receive an additional $1,500 of adidas product at retail value through DAS if adidas purchases total over $50,000. Athletic Department will receive 10% of any purchases over $55,000 of adidas product at retail value through DAS. Adidas will provide wristbands for all players and staff polos for any Albemarle Team that makes the state championship tourney. Adidas will provide each player on a state championship team an adidas tee shirt. Albemarle High School Albemarle/adidas
