Focus • Strengthening of PhD training • Development of PhD courses that combined blended learning (face to face + E-learning) and Problem Based Learning (case-based learning, learner-centered learning) • Limited support to development of course-based PhD programmes (espec. TU) • Knowledge sharing, research disseminaton and communication • Conference, networks and dissemination activities • Idea: Linking it with support to current BSU (PSDR) PhD students
