  1. AirFree Platform. Closed-Loop Process Control • The SmartDispenser™ comes ready to integrate with a AND AD4212B-102 Analytical Weighing Sensor. • Perform a capabilities study with the weighting sensor before production and use the data to find the target weight and +/- tolerances of the SmartDispenser™ with your assembly fluid. • Dispense a full syringe allowing the SmartDispenser™ to automatically record weights. • The statistical mean of the data is your target weight. • The statistical standard deviation is your +/- tolerance. • The SmartDispenser™ authorized administrator activates the scale feature and inputs the target weight and +/- tolerance percentage into the dispenser program.

  2. AirFree Platform. Closed-Loop Process Control • Dispense onto the scale allowing the SmartDispenser™ to read the dispense weight after each dispense. If dispense is out of tolerance a warning message appears stopping the SD until cleared. • Actual weight dispensed and number of stops are recorded in an Excel spreadsheet for post production statistical analysis and costing. • Reports can be accessed by any authorized SD administrator worldwide.

  3. Production Data in Excel • 24, 7 day and 30 day machine cycles (one fluid dispense) • All programs stored in the SmartDispenser™ • The program used for the last 500 dispenses verifying the proper program was used.
