Commitment • Customs Brokers play a pivotal role in defining the relationship with the CBSA, both at the port and head quarter level. • They also define, communicate, implement, foster and promote policy within the scope of the regulatory framework for the agency.
Partners in Compliance; • Customs Brokers are the “gateway” leveraging their expertise and knowledge • Customs modernization will afford third party service providers with opportunities for engagement to promote our advocacy work, providing a key support role in shaping the future of the agency in scope with changes mandated under modernization.
