Prostitution • 3. Encouraging or causing an-other to continue • 4. Solicitinga person to patronize a prostitute • 5. Procuring for a client
Prostitution • 6. Bringing prostitutes into PA • 7. Allowing a lessee to run a house • 8. Receiving benefit from any-thing illegal in this chapter
Penalties: Promoting M - 2 unless:
Promoting Prostitution • F - 3 if the following apply: • Sections: b-1, b-2, b-3 or • Promotes child under age 16 • Prostitutes family member • Prostitutes known HIV people
Living off of Prostitute • M -2 or F - 3 depending on which of sec-tion b violated
Patronizing a Prostitute • Patronizing or hiring another for the purpose of sexual activity
Penalties: Patronizing • M-3: first / second offense • M-2: third offense • M-1: fourth / subsequent offense • F-3: HIV
Obscenity: 5903 • Knowing the obscene nature of the material; no person shall do the follow-ing:

Obscenity • 5. Produce obscene performances • 6. Use minor childrenin productions • 7. Distribute in prisons • 8. Possess material in prison • 9. Allow material to be taken into prisons
