  3. Penalties: Prostitution • Prostitution / solicitation of prostitute • M – 3: first / second offense • M – 2: third offense • M – 1: fourth or subsequent offense • F – 3: If prostitute or person seeking service is HIV positive

  9. Living off of Prostitute • M -2 or F - 3 depending on which of sec-tion b violated

  11. Penalties: Patronizing • M-3: first / second offense • M-2: third offense • M-1: fourth / subsequent offense • F-3: HIV

  19. Criminal Prosecution • Obscenity in general: • M-1 • F-3: if previously convicted • Distribution to children under 18 • F-3 • F-2: if previously convicted
