  3. History Since 1987, 達叔 has started his career with a partner in milkfish cuisines. In 2012, 達叔 decided to step up a notch and started his own restaurant called “27號廚房”.

  4. 25 years ago, 達叔 started his cayreerwith his uncle in a five square meters wide space, where they mainly serve milkfish cuisines. years have passed and they realized that their ideas have gone in different directions. this is when 達叔 decided to start his own business with his lovely wife.with their collaboration, the idea of a stir fry restaurant named “27號廚房”sprouted in march 2012.
