What is culture and How does culture affect people? • Culture is the way a person is raised. • Culture affects people’s perspective of life and also their beliefs.
The Culture of Afghanistan Culture in Afghanistan How it effects people’s daily life Muslims have to pray five times a day. At dawn, noon, afternoon, sunset and evening. Friday is a holy day for Muslims. Shops and offices would be closed on Fridays. Men have to wear Salwarkameez. And the women have to wear a Burqaon top of their clothes. • Religion: the religion practiced by the majority of people in Afghanistan is Islam. • Clothes : there is a traditional wear for both men and women in Afghanistan.
Culture How it effects people’s daily life Women are responsible for all the house work. And the men are the “bred winners” meaning that the men earn the money. But in cities women also work outside. • Family : family also plays a important role in the culture of Afghanistan.
