Services • Eric endeavors to keep most of the stock of the spare parts available for the repair of your product for up to 3 years on average with a warranty period of 1 year, from the last date of production. Accessories, consumables and end-user replaceable parts can be purchased. • Eric shall not be obliged to repair or replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
