  2. Prayer Requests/Miracles • Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani was released this past week from the prison in Iran! • The girl in Pakistan that blasphemed Muhammad was released this past week • AsaiBibi sentenced to death in Pakistan

  3. Missions dinner everything you need to know • What’s on the menu? • Chicken Shawarma, with Rice, Tahini Sauce, with Hummus and Bagels. With a side of olives on every table. • When do I need to be available? • Next Friday night (9/21/12) anytime after 6:00pm • Next Saturday (9/22/12) be there to help at 12:00pm • Evening line up: • 6:00-6:20pm- people arrive, getting settled • 6:20-6:35pm- dinner is served • 6:35-7:10pm- people eat • 7:15- 7:45pm- presentation by Dr. Craig Hartman • 7:45-8:00pm- Q&A with Dr. Hartman • 8:15-9:15- All Group clean up

So you want to be a server • Dress code Men • Black Pants (ironed) • Black socks • Black shoes (polished) • Darker blue/ white Collared Button-down shirt (ironed) • If a blue shirt then black undershirt • If a white shirt then white undershirt • Black belt • No cologne at all • Please be showered • Have your hair neat • Dress code Women • Black Skirt (ironed) • Black socks or whatever girls wear • Black shoes (polished) • Darker blue/white collared button-down shirt (ironed) • Hair preferably pulled up in a bun • If needed a black belt • No perfume at all • Please be showered

  5. Where you work • Zayt Khesed • Zayt = Oil • Khesed = kind, kindness

Be at shalom with our guests • Introduce yourself to your table that you are assigned to, unless everyone knows who you are, that would be awkward and weird so don’t do that. • Cell phones must be turned off unless otherwise instructed • If you are talking or taking requests from guests, keep your voice volume down to a minimum • Never, argue with the guests (even if they are wrong)

  7. Be at shalom with our guests • If you ever take a request from a guest, repeat their order to them verbally 1 time to the guest. • Check on tables, every 10 minutes; make your presence known whenever you see a guest is out of a certain item. • If you leave the room for any reason longer than 5 minutes has another server take your table while you are gone. • Enjoy yourself, this comes once a year! Make sure that you are enjoying yourself; I want you to have a good experience working with you all!

What we need help with • Prayer for this event • Hands to help with cleaning on Friday and Saturday • Consult with Holly Francis • Hands to help with ironing table cloths • Consult with Heather Braswell • Someone to volunteer their time to help deliver and pick up tables on both Thursday and Monday Night • Consult with myself • Someone to monitor the sound and the music throughout the evening (Saturday only) • Consult with myself
