  1. 주소 : 기침, 가래 • 나이/성별: 68세 여자 • 현병력 : 7년전 결핵으로 치료 받은 과거력이 있음. 5년전부터 간헐적인 기침, 가래가 있었고, 3년전에는 병원에서 기관지확장증으로 진단 받았음. 최근 기침, 가래 증가하여 외래를 통해 입원. • 과거력 :특이사항 없음. • 사회력 : 흡연력 없음. 주부. 1년전 동남아 여행. • 진찰소견: 양측 악설음 청진됨.

MAC Infection : Nodular Bronchiectatic Form • middle-aged or elderly women • No underlying disorders • CXR • bilateral nodular or interstitial/nodular change, particularly in RML and LUL lingular segment • HRCT • multiple small nodules (< 5 mm) & bronchiectasis • confined to or most severe in RML and LUL lingular segment • Indolent course, slow progression of CXR abnormalities
