Results Modified Caregiver Satisfaction Scale (CSS). • Overall satisfaction • Significantly and negatively related to cost of care • positively related to total staff numbers and total number of • RNs at the adult day healthcare centre.
Discussion • Caregivers are high level of needs and a low level of satisfaction in Korea. • Need to • Improve skilled nursing and rehabilitation • develop a culture- specific model based on Korean context.
