Care What is the concern? Who cares? How much? How much should they care? Extend How do we translate into action? Get consensus? Widen the circle of users? Relate Whose concern is it? Who are the key stakeholders? How do we relate to them? Examine How do we define the concern as a solvable problem? Try How do we pick the best solution? How do we put the elements together? Acquire How do we get help? Who has resources, solutions? How do we gain access to these resources? A Continuing Cycle of Change
