  1. What is a Digital Signature System? A digital signature is a mathematical scheme to verify the authenticity of digital messages or documents. It is a type of electronic signature that is unique for every                 person and provides validity and authenticity to a digital document and signer’s           identity.                                                         It helps in keeping our documents safe and secure.it is most commonly used for               software distribution, financial transactions, contract management software, and in       cases where it is important to detect forgery or tampering. It gives a recipient reason               to believe that the message was sent from a known sender.

  2. Digital authenticates security, authenticity and accuracy of the document.    signature   work data   using and   public key cryptography , which encrypts and       is only available to the                       the         signer. It ensures the   In digital signature systems the mathematical algorithm generates a public key and a           private key that are linked to each other. When a person electronically signs a               document, the mathematical algorithm generates data to the signed document, and         encrypts the data. This data is called cryptographic hash.Only the signer has the sole               access to the private key.                                                              The encrypted information is transmitted and can be decrypted only by the signer’s           public key.The receiver receives a copy of the signer’s public key along with a             document.A cryptographic hash is again generated on the receiver’s side. Both           cryptographic hashes are checked to validate the authenticity of the document.                                              In order to connect a signer and their signature both the receiver and the sender                 must have a registered digital certificate issued from a certificate authority. Digital             certificates validate the holder of a certificate. It contains the public key of the             sender and is digitally signed by certification.                                            We apply digital signature in communications due to the following reasons:

  3. Authenticity: it helps to authenticate the source messages and gives confidence to           the receiver that the message was sent from a valid source.                Non repudiation: by this property a person who has signed an information cannot             deny later.                  Contact Us: Name :India Tax Company Name :India Tax Info Pvt.
