  2. We need a structure for IGLC. It was decided that a committee will prepare proposals for an appropriate organizational structure for IGLC, distribute it among IGLC members (primarily through iglc group on Yahoo.com), and bring it to a vote at the IGLC 19 business meeting. The following were nominated and elected to the committee: • Ken Walsh (Leader) • Rafael Sacks • Patricia Tzortzopoulos • Thais Alves • The business meeting confirmed that IGLC 19 will be held in Lima, Peru. • The meeting voted to request Iris Tommelein and Christine Pasquire to take up the role of scientific editors for IGLC 19. Christine confirmed here willingness to support Iris in this role. In the event that Iris is not available, Ken Walsh, Thais Alves and Rafael Sacks will be tasked with identifying an alternative candidate(s). • IGLC 20 will be held in San Diego, hosted by the team at San Diego State (Ken Walsh, Thais Alves). • IGLC 21 will be held in Fortaleza, Brazil (this was accepted as an exception to the general rules for rotation of venues). • IGLC venue presentations are to be made by candidates 2 years in advance at the business meeting. All present at the business meeting will then vote to select the location. • IGLC conferences are to be organized in the 1st – 3rd week of July, with preference for the 1st – 2nd week. • IGLC views with favor cooperation with CIB, with a view to the possible formation of a Lean CIB Task Group. IGLC nominates Alan Mossman, Christine Pasquire, Fritz Gehbauer, YpeCuperus and LauriKoskela to develop alternative cooperation agreements with CIB that can be voted on by the business meeting at Lima.
