Camp Calcium Database at the Hub Click the “View Publications” link to access the all publications for this camp -- and also to access the research data collected for this camp. • Information and research data for each camp is archived at the Hub. Users can • read about the “key study questions” and “answers” • click to see information about the publications • explore camp data that was used in the analysis for each publication

  3. Click the “View Data” link to access the research data collected at the camp and used in this publication. For each publication, users can see the authors, abstract, citation, keywords, and … access the research data!

  4. For the publication research data … users can • browse, search, sort, and explore the data • download the data to their desktop • view important graphs of the collected data • generate the functions identified in the publication figures

IndianaCTSI Hub: Sharing , Exploring and Analyzing Data • Hub databases offer these features for Camp Calcium data : • View information about Camp Calicum publications • Access databases containing collected research data used in the analysis for each publication • Browse, search, sort data in the database • View graphs from publication figures • View approximating functions as identified in publication figures • View annotated graphs of interest generated from data in database columns • Download selected data to the desktop as spreadsheets
