Counting Steps • Question: How Do You Count Steps?
Counting Steps • Answer: With a Step Counter!
Why Step Counters? Several researchers — including David Bassett Jr. (Univ. of Tenn.) — have found step counters: • Help people find the motivation to get those extra steps • Add some “pizzazz” to walking and help people measure and meet goals
Why Step Counters? NEW LIFESTYLES offers DIGI-WALKER™ step counters (SW series) in its program kits. University and institute researchers use the DIGI-WALKER™ over other brands because of its: • Superior internal mechanism, responsible for its extreme accuracy and reliability (rated “most accurate” of five competitive brands!) • Cover-protected buttons (often not on other brands) • Repairable clips and LCDs • Well-designed and easy-to-read display • Compact size
