  5. Design–build is a project delivery system used in the construction industry. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design–builder design–build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to minimize risks for the project owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. "DB with its single point responsibility carries the clearest contractual remedies for the clients because the DB contractor will be responsible for all of the work on the project, regardless of the nature of the fault". • The traditional approach for construction projects consists of the appointment of a designer on one side, and the appointment of a contractor on the other side. The design–build procurement route changes the traditional sequence of work. It answers the client's wishes for a single-point of responsibility in an attempt to reduce risks and overall costs. He has more than twenty years of experience working as a Contracting Officer/Contracting Specialist  for USAF, KBR, Washington Group International and US Department of State. Mr. Graves has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. James C. Garner served five years in the U.S Army, proudly serving in Iraq and Kuwait during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm . Twenty years of Project construction management experience, both in Domestic and International arena. Provided support for quality of life for US service members in Afghanistan. President/ CEO & Founder Gary Duff served eight years in the United States Marine Corp with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force and United States Army. Worked in the international business and construction community for 13 years in austere locations such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, and the Balkans; a systems designer in the petrochemical / oil and gas construction industry for 12 years.
