Yes, People are Human • The people who designs a product know how to operate it because they are experts (hopefully), however the intended users of the product are probably not experts. • There are human factors involved with products, they should not be ignored.
Observation Excercises • People prefer to be comfortable, and treated as a person rather than a number. • Keep a “bug list” handy.
