Out reach program • Improve out reach program • Integration of FP and MCH services into other PH program ; TB/LEPROSY , HIV/AIDS and IMMUNIZATION to do out reach • More FP nurses were trained to do the health education in communities • Train the trainers (woman’s group and youth) to do health education in the community

  3. Collaboration • I. NGO’s • Chuuk Women Council (CWC) About 60 registered women’s group Train trainers to do health education • HIV/AIDS • FP/FP methods • Cx Cancer • Teenage pregnancy • Sex worker • Human trafficking

  4. cont • RH • Exercise class every Wednesday from 3:30 to 5:00 P.M (incentive award) • II. Schools College of Micronesia , Chuuk Campus health center (provide FP methods , lecture and referral system) • III. Private clinics • Posters information for FP and MCH • Available FP methods except for sterilization , implants and IUD’s with free service • Immunization with free service

  5. Training • Train all health assistants in the dispensaries to give FP methods , injection and implant (Jadell) • All FP methods are available in the dispensaries except for IUD • Educate and distribute “female” condoms (more women prefer female condoms than male condoms)

  6. More accessible services • Reproductive Health clinic every Friday in the CWC building • Pap smear • STI’s test • HIV/AIDS test • ANC • Ultra sound

  7. Cont. • ARH center located at the Chuuk High School • Health education (FP , STI’s , HIV/AIDS , etc) • Test (STI , HIV/AIDS , pregnancy) • Referral

  8. Wellness Center • Tread mill • Health information • TV • Brochure • Pamphlets • BP check up • Blood sugar check up Locate in town but utilized by men only
