I have often thought about the so called percentage of people whom win a Big Prize in their national or state lotto let's say 1 million and over but end up broke within 5 years! It's obvious that we give so much thought and effort to the winning aspect that we neglect the 'Handling' aspect which is equally important, in some extreme cases more so. 노 To expand on the above. Ms. Joanne Doe (not a real person) wins let's keep it simple and say $1,000,000 in her national/state lotto and is blown away and naturally over the moon. She also has one million ideas going through her head about how she is going to spend her newly found fortune. She knows she now has no further money worries and can purchase anything (within reason) she desires, payoff all her debts, a holiday and even give up her job if she wishes. She calls all her family and friends and shares the wonderful news. Here's were I think the problems begin. After calling all your family and friends you now have (conservatively speaking) 20 people now mentally spending the money and giving you advise and ideas. Of course everyone's happy for her (and some more so for themselves!) so as soon as funds clear in her account she is going to have a knee jerk reaction spending spree, which is quiet normal. I'm sure some of her friends and family will be present at this monumentous occasion and probably $20,000 will wash through her finger tips. I'm sure that's perfectly normal for most mortals but now is the time to sit down and take stock for at least 7 days to work out in her mind and on paper how she is going to handle her newly found fortune. Below I will outline a basic rule of thumb which I think can be useful and easily adjusted depending on win amount i.e. $2 million win double the figures etc... She has $980,000 left. Grand total spend thus far is $720,000 and this looking at the above is a conservative spend! Leaving you with $280,000 to deposit in a high interest account at 5% which will yield approx. $14,000 per year or $1,166 per month. Although Joanne's out goings are low due to no debt and ownership of her home it might still be a good idea to keep the day job! A word of warning... the above does not take into account the people she will attract and be contacted by once the word starts to get out about her newly found fortune! I will elaborate on this in an update at a later date. I will just say this factor can be devastating if not handled correctly. One might consider being rather discrete in the first instance... At least until one moves home! NO PLAIN TATTOO CASINO ROYALE WHO ARE THESE GUYS? MORE THAN SKIN DEEP BANKER'S HOURS OPEN PALMS THE ARTISTS WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS?
CASINO ROYALE The Palms Casino, made famous by MTV's Real World, is now home to the Hart & Harrington Tattoo Company. As she says, "A blending of some physical pain with the desire of your soul to be permanently marked, along with some mental control, makes you feel very alive".
