Pros • Finances for the Position (only sport science unit dedicated to applied support in country) • Numbers – full-time psychologist and 2 full-time physiologists • Opportunity to ensure standard practices across organisations • Collective Resources (library, academic professionals [quality assurance], equipment, access to other support professionals)

Cons • Available Time (limits depth and scope of support) • Difficult management of resources (logistics of 5-way partnership) • Different priorities of partners • Lack of dedicated support facilities (laboratories, playing fields, gyms, etc) • Geographically isolated (no opportunity for corridor development)
