Converge Strategy based on Figure of Merit Assessment

APIO Architecture Integration Charter Draft Function: to integrate Strategic, and therein Capability, Roadmaps into an affordable and sustainable Strategic Architecture to be the basis for creating Agency-level strategic products (NASA Strategic Plan, programmatic and budget guidance, core competency configuration, etc.). Specifically, APIO Architecture Integration will include these functions: Strategic Architecture (SA) Development Architecture Figures of Merit (FOM) Development Decision Analysis and Special Studies (DASS) Tools and Databases (T&DB) Integration Support Products: Recommended Strategic Architecture Architecture integration process Roadmap dependency, etc. relational database Roadmap guidance Vision sustainability approach and resulting Figures of Merit Strategic Decision Packages Integration tools and databases Integration plan and schedule
