Create a Bullet Slide • Click on New Slide from the Home Ribbon • The default should be Title and Content • If not, choose Layout, and select Title and Content • Type in your bullets. • To make a sub-bullet, press the Tab key before you start
Bullets – note the five levels • Seafood Pasta • Chocolate Cake • Roast Lamb • Thai Beef Salad • More Chocolate Cake • Salad (to make this a major bullet point, press Shift+Tab – until it reaches the margin)
Bullet and Clip Art • Click Layout on the Home Ribbon, • Choose Two Content. • This is bullets on one side; options on the other. • Inset ClipArt by clicking icon and search for topic
Chart Slide Instructions • New Slide • Layout, Title and Content • Click Insert Chart icon • Edit Data – to find this option, select the Chart Area • Chart Tool Ribbon, Design
Custom Animations • It is nice to have your Bullets enter one at a time. • Click on the Animations Ribbon • Choose Custom Animation • Add Effect • Entrance; Fly In • Keep your animation effects consistent
Create Shapes • New Slide • Layout Blank • Insert 3 Shapes • Rounded Rectangle; Oval; 6 Pt star • Change shape colours • Drawing Tools Ribbon • Format • Select all 3 shapes • Shift, click on each shape • Drawing Tools; Format • Align Centres and Middles • Group
Apply Design • Design Ribbon • Themes • This is Urban
