The Problem • Lack of access to Medical Records. • Paucity of Information Relevant to the Medical History (Most Patients Resort to Google Searches for Information on Conditions / Meds) • Reliance on Phone Calls from Doctors’ Offices for Getting Alerts. • No Way of Interacting with the Providers Except for Phone or In-Person Visits. Email are Not Used by Providers. Conclusion • Patients require a comprehensive application that aims at engaging them in their health care process by delivering very easy access to their Medical History & Laboratory Reports. • The mobile application should also facilitate ease of access by providing a one-stop solution for managing medical appointments & provider communication .

Enhancements Notify users for New Alerts when the app is not logged-in eMRAnywhere currently has native capabilities of tracking patient vital statistics and lab results, which are currently being imported from various Electronic Medical Records and HIE into the mobile application. It has open adapters which can pull in Patient Data directly from personal Health Gadgets using vendor APIs post device registration. This data will then be integrated into the mobile application and will be displayed within the in-built vital tracking module of the application with appropriate data source identification for each data point. .
