  3. What is Wrong? • No pre-frame: I felt ‘cheated’ : • Not providing solutions: Just talk about how much money is to be made and all the ‘dreams’ • No closure: Didn’t even dare to meet my eye after ‘friend’ left

  4. What can be done? • Be honest & upfront • No hard selling • Build rapport and offer solution to known problems
