By hard work, determination, and supplying our customers with the best products and support available.  ~Jonathan Eubanks I started Buckeye Telecom in 2003, after being in the telecom industry for a few years. I had been in the industry prior for a few years and decided there was a better way of purchasing telecom/technology. The old way didn't work. Companies were forced into believing that there was only one provider available for their services. Few knew of the Telecom Act of 1996, which allowed smaller carriers to compete with the Big Telecom providers for the same services. Companies were paying five times the competitive price because they were unaware of other options. Buckeye Telecom began by signing agreements with the carriers and giving customers choices. Most were cautious of change but realized the service and support were much better with smaller providers. Over the years, the industry has changed and continues to change. Companies need to stay up to date with new products and services. Your IT department doesn't have time to keep up with these changes. Buckeye's staff of engineers will help you resolve any issue you might have with any service. That is our job. Leave it up to us. Your IT department has their job to do, and we will be an overlay to their expertise.
